GENERAL MANAGERLouise has a proven track record of building relationships with partners in the third and statutory sectors and has developed a strong rapport with many key organisations nationwide. Previous experience as a General Manager and CEO has seen her make major corporate decisions, manage overall operations and set the company's operational direction - qualities which she now applies to her General Manager role at Action 21.
She has considerable experience of supporting others and has worked with statutory and non-statutory organisations continually seeking ways to overcome barriers to meet the needs of volunteers, staff and customers and to enhance, improve, and innovate in her service delivery.

Daryl Davies
SHOP MANAGERDaryl manages the Re-Useful Centre shop and oversees activities such as the PAT workshop and online sales area.
He manages a large team of volunteers who help with all aspects of running The Re-Useful Centre.

Winnie is our part-time Finance Assistant who assists the Treasurer in the day-to-day accounting for Action 21.
She is based at the Re-Useful Centre.
