Competition - What can we do with our old videos?
Have you seen it all before? We have.
We’ve practically got VHS videos coming out of our ears at the Re-Use shops. There are so many series of Friends stacked up that we just don’t know what to do. How can we re-use them? Can you help us make our old-hat videos useful again? Send in your suggestions of what we can do with our old videos (and a photo of the prototype) for a chance to win a £10 voucher for our shops.
The suggestion that comes up with the best way to use all of the video will be more likely to win, since the aim is to re-use absolutely everything.
Action 21 General Assistant Eleanor says, “I’ve had a bit of a trawl on the internet for suggestions, and there’s really not that much out there at all. A couple of people have suggested ripping out the shiny tape and giving it to farmers to scare away the birds, or building things out of the boxes. We need some lateral thinking to solve this problem.”
Action 21 is looking for a new and innovative solution to help them re-use the donated and discarded videos that end up at the Recycle Warehouse and the Re-useful centre.
