Where does the money go?
All of the money donated through membership is used for our practical projects to make our community more sustainable and a greener place to live.
£5 pays for....2 brake cables for a bike that's been saved from landfill; a handfull of bulbs for the Nurture Nature garden at Dobson Lane; or a box of cuppa soup for volunteers working in the winter.
£10 pays for...one week's room hire for a food co-op; or sets of outer and inner tubes for two bicycles that could help a family reduce their car usage.
£20 pays for...a pair of second-hand steel toe-capped boots for a warehouse volunteer; new tyres for an office bicycle so travelling between our sites is easy; or half the price of translating our Re-Useful Centre leaflet into Punjabi so even more of the community can find us.
£50 pays for...a day's training for a manager looking after volunteers; or five week's room hire for one of our food co-ops.
