Action 21 runs events throughout the year designed to support and promote sustainable living and environmental awareness.  View event information

Volunteer tasks
Any/combination of the following:

  • Event set-up and take down (involves moderately heavy lifting)
  • Assisting with general duties on the day
  • Representing Action 21 and responding to any enquiries about the charity/its activities
  • Assisting with/running a craft activity for children.

Skills/previous experience sought

  • Confidence interacting with the general public
  • Politeness
  • Able to follow procedures
  • Able to use initiative
  • Able to work as part of a team
  • Art/craft skills.

Minimum age: 16

Times needed:

  • Between three and seven hours on the day of the event.
  • You can volunteer to help out at one event, or more if you wish.
