Mill Bridge and weir
Vision
"Warwick District as a community being more in touch with its environment, producing increasing amounts of its own energy from naturally renewable sources. And by being more careful in the resources it does use, ensures that there is plenty for all, including future generations."
Take Energy Action!
There are lots of ways you can get involved with energy in Warwick District. You could volunteer as a Green Champion helping promote the Solar 300 Challenge; you could volunteer in the office on our Solar Projects. You could become a portable appliance tester and save electrical goods from going to waste.
There are more energy-based projects on the Practical Projects page.
If you've got an energy project you'd like to carry out as an Action 21 Green Champion, then please contact us.
