• To carry out training in PA Testing to enable you to test equipment to legal requirements
• To PA Test electricals that are donated to the Recycle Warehouse
• To accept donations of electricals
• To price electricals that are ready for sale
• To be involved in general tidying of the electrical equipment areas and to take part in daily / weekly cleaning routines
• To work effectively in the team to ensure shop layout and presentation of goods is to the highest standards
• To represent Action 21 and give out information to the general public about Action 21 and environmental issues as required
• To take part in occasional environmental promotion events at the shop organised by Action 21
• To take a diligent approach to security and the prevention of theft

A CRB Disclosure is required for all individuals that would like to work in the Recycle Warehouse. Action 21 is committed to the fair treatment of ex-offenders. Individuals having a criminal record will not necessarily be a bar to obtaining a position.
Benefits:
This role provides excellent work experience, especially for people pursuing a career in retail, community/charity work, and the environmental field as well as though interested in electricals.
