Please see the Renewable Energy Club page for more information. Saturday 12 April 2008 — Green Fair11am - 3pm, Dale Street Methodist Church, Leamington Spa. Visitors will be able to access a wide range of information about green living with both local green businesses and environmental groups exhibiting at the show. Along with eco friendly, organic and fair trade stalls there will also be information points where the public can seek advice about energy saving, recycling and reducing their carbon footprint. There will also be a mini farmers market within the fair and face painting and educational activities for children and natural beauty treatments. Wednesday 14 May 2008 - Volunteer Walk Leaders Event and Health WalkThe event is for volunteer walk leaders from across Warwickshire to show appreciation and celebrate their involvement in health walks. Wed 4th, Thurs 5th and Fri 6th June 2008 - '2008 & Beyond' Education for Sustainability EventThree day education event for primary school children across Coventry and Warwickshire. 1500 children participate in interactive workshops about sustainability at Coombe Country Park. Volunteers are required to help out with this event so please do get in touch if you are interested. Saturday 7 June 2008 — Renewable Energy Club Meeting10am - 12pm. Satchwell Room, Leamington Spa Baptist Church. Chandos Street, Leamington, CV32 4RN. Please use the side entrance to the church which is off Guy Place. The room is upstairs. Please see the Renewable Energy Club page for more information. Saturday 7 June 2008 - Picnic in the Park12pm-4pm, Pump Room Gardens, Leamington Spa. A picnic to celebrate volunteering locally as part of National Volunteers Week. Volunteers from a variety of organisations from across Warwick District will be coming along. Saturday 14 June & Sunday 15 June 2008 - Leamington Peace FestivalFree arts and music festival, aiming to promote international peace. Pump Room Gardens, Leamington Spa www.peacefestival.org.uk Action 21 arranges the litter picking and recycling at the event. If you can help, that would be great.
